The lunar eclipse was very impressive last night! After yoga Noel and I stood outside and watched the eclipse with a couple of stoner neighbors of ours. Amazing how the additional colors added a three dimensional quality to the moon making it appear more like a sphere than a circle. After 10-15 minutes of watching in the cold we went back inside but did sneak out a few more times to watch the changes. Won't get another full lunar eclipse until 12/21/10 and there are no promises whether or not it'll be on a beautifully clear night like last night, truly a rare treat.
